Optical coater is specially-designed machine for coating optical films on precision optical components, high-precision optical communication products, various filters , plastic lens, all kinds of electrical membrane filters, glass handicrafts and all kinds of reflective light bowls decorations and so on,. e.g. electrical film, metal film, laser film, EL film, beam splitter film, antireflective film, violet, infra-red stop-band film , high anti-reflective films, the sun protective film, and inorganic glass-AR film, decorative film, such as colorful film and so on.
As per customer’s requirements, this equipment equipped with:
1. E-bean evaporation and resistance evaporation systems(super crucible, e-beam gun, e-beam source, thermal evaporation source.)
2. film quartz crystal thickness monitoring system with or without controller,

It can realize coating speed and process under auto control with advantages of high uniformity of films with good quality. During the evaporation period, the surface of the coating materials are smooth and the coating evenness can be achieved, the overall structural design is reasonable, more in line with the requirements of technology, vacuum system PLC automatic control, easy to operate.
